Refunds
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery through our support process. To help us verify the issue and process your request efficiently, a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the package being opened and the damage to the product.
We value and trust our customers, but to ensure a fair and transparent process, refund requests for damaged items can only be considered when accompanied by a valid unboxing video. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered due to the high shipping costs involved. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement/exchange for the damaged item.
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage to the product. This video is mandatory for verification and helps us process your request quickly and fairly.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
